2. App Usage

Clean Swipe is designed to help you manage and clean your photo library. You are responsible for any photos you choose to delete. Deleted photos are moved to your device's Recently Deleted folder.

3. Subscriptions

Clean Swipe PRO offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple. For refunds, please contact Apple Support directly through your purchase history.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Clean Swipe are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clean Swipe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from the use of this app. Always maintain backups of your important photos.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
